Schoharie Colonial Heritage Association
The Schoharie Colonial Heritage Association preserves and shares the rich history of Schoharie County through historic sites, museums, events, and educational programs. Visitors can step into the past at the 1743 Palatine House, the oldest building in Schoharie County, or explore local transportation history at the Schoharie Valley Railroad Museum. The volunteer-run organization also hosts seasonal antique shows, a holiday bazaar, and other community events that celebrate the people, places, and stories that have shaped the Schoharie Valley.
