Truly the most unreal food I’ve ever had. 5 stars is not enough. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. I’ve eaten at Creekside countless times and every meal never fails to blow me away. I tell everyone I know about Creekside. The service is also exceptional, Kate and Ed treat every customer like family. My favorite restaurant ever, you will not be disappointed making a trip out to Creekside.

We hadn’t seen our dear friends for two years, so when we finally had the chance to visit, we decided to spend a few days at Creekside Collective. From the moment we arrived, Kate and Ed welcomed us with open arms and made us feel completely at home. The cabins were incredibly comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and catch up with old friends. There was such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that it was hard to leave! And then there’s the Hummingbird restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious. We shared many different dishes, and every single one was wonderful. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The breakfast spread was especially amazing — generous, varied, and the perfect way to start the day. What made our stay truly special, though, was the combination of wonderful hospitality, beautiful surroundings, great food, and the chance to reconnect with people we love. Kate and Ed have created something really special at Creekside Collective, and we’re so grateful for the time we spent there. We can’t wait to return!

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The bread is great. Simply great. As were the desserts! All of them! But my pizza was soggy and salty. It was chilly otside, and because it's basically an uninsulated cinder block and plank cabin, It was chilly inside. Parking can be a little bit of an issue. Drive down and drop your party at the restaurant, and if parking is full there, drive back up to the upper level and walk down the steep dirt drive. Make no mistake, this is a fun and relaxed establishment. Dogs and kids are welcome. The food can be great. The kitchen is right there for all to see. But it is also pricy. With shared appetizers, three drinks and three desserts for four people, we averaged $75 per person.

We were staying at a cabin down the road for our anniversary & we found Creekside Collective / The Hummingbird from our host’s recommendation. Went in a bit blind (couldn’t find a menu online), but truly was one of the best meals we’ve had. Food was delicious, environment was great, and service was phenomenal. Cannot recommend it enough!!! Plus dog friendly seating was a huge perk

We had dinner at the Hummingbird. One of the best meals we’ve had this year. Everything was beautifully flavored and cooked. Service was great…. food came out so quickly with just one guy running the fire/kitchen. Prices were comparable to a eating in major city, but completely warranted- the ingredients, quality and plating were spectacular.

Probably the best restaurant in all of schoharie county, not even an exaggeration. The food is always extremely fresh, perfectly cooked, and has so much attention to detail with beautiful presentations on every dish. We’ve been treated like family from the first night my boyfriend and I went for dinner, which has now become a regular thing. I can’t recommend this place more. I’m so excited for their bakery to open to keep me happy through the winter!!!!

Fantastic experience! Always a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment—with absolutely delicious food! The homemade pasta and bread were incredible, the pizzas were also delicious, and the meats were very tender. I always look forward to the food, as well as the experience!
