Michael LaBarbera 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Stopped in with a friend for a pastry and a coffee. As advertised by the sign outside, they have both. As not advertised everything was delicious. Shout out to the Gooey Cake for being the stand out of our visit. The establishment is quaint, with a few small tables to relax and enjoy if you please. Staff was kind and helpful. Enjoy!!

Beret J. Amador 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆I really wanted to leave an honest review. The coffee shop reminds me of some of the trendy coffee shops in Brooklyn's Park Slope. I've been coming here since the shop first opened to support I even purchased a gift cards for my friends I wanted to help support the shop. The only reason I'm giving this feedback is because I think customer experience is just as important as the quality of the coffee. In all of my visits, I have rarely experienced a warm greeting, a smile, or even much conversation. Of course, no one has to be cheerful every moment of the day. It's simply that each visit has felt quiet and somewhat awkward, just a faint "hi," the coffee is handed over, I say "thank you," and that's the end of the interaction. After several visits, I realized that's probably just the style of service, or maybe its cultural, not to smile. But at least something as simple as "Thanks for coming in," or "We appreciate your support," would make a big difference. For many people, a coffee shop isn't just a place to buy coffee. It's a place to relax, socialize, and feel welcome. That welcoming feeling is often what brings customers back. At Buck Hill Farm, even when they're incredibly busy, the owner always greets customers with a genuine smile and makes you feel happy that you stopped by. At Ma's K, the owner always takes a moment to warmly greet customers, and that personal touch makes the experience feel like home. A coffee shop in Stamford where the barista remembered me after several months and asked how I'd been doing. I sadly have to say that I stopped to go this shop, after several cold interaction with the pretty young lady, I assume she is the owner, she just stare at me with a blank face. So It makes me feel like just get my coffee and leave. This is, in my opinion, the nicest coffee shop in Middleburgh, even Schoharie county! and I would hate to see it struggle because of something that can be improved. The products are already good. Adding a little more warmth and connection with customers could make this place exceptional.
