Gary Z🌮 The Cowboy’s Taquería — Cobleskill, NY 🇲🇽 Excellent food, great and friendly service, and truly authentic Mexican flavors! Everything tasted fresh and delicious, with quality local ingredients and plenty of traditional Mexican flavor. In my opinion, one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Capital District! The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and full of character. They also have a small selection of Mexican products for sale, which is a nice extra touch. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with great service and a great atmosphere, The Cowboy’s Taquería is definitely worth a visit! 🌮🇲🇽
