Terri Ann SmithBarista either burnt my espresso, or their espresso brand is bitter and bland. Ordered a dry cap and received a 12oz. half-full cup of mostly espresso topped with a half centimeter of ungroomed foam. I wouldn't have even complained or written a bad review except for the Barista and Owner argued with me over what a traditional cap is. I had to aggressively negotiate to get them to make it right. They insisted it was made correctly. Ridiculous, and particularly when I drove out of my way to patron a local establishment rather than a Starbucks. And their carrot cake is mediocre. Beats convenient store carrot cake, but not by much.

Jay RogStopped in on a trip to Cooperstown. BLT is full of flavor and Roasted Vegetable Frittata is great. Mocha Latte is delicious. Grabbed some cookies on the way out. Nice outdoor seating very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Jamie Vanderhoef (Heftig)My wife and I asked Anthony to cater our Celebration of Marriage party and we couldn't have been happier with the result. We've eaten at Brimstone before so we knew the food was going to be fantastic, but the service and attention to detail during the catering process was outstanding as well. There was almost nothing left when dinner was over even though we got extra, too tasty to leave anything for leftovers! Very talented people at Brimstone, and Anthony is such a lovely and talented man, you can tell he has the soul of an artist. Next time we need an event catered we'll call here first!
