Exceptional service! The food was great , well portioned, fair priced, and met expectations. The staff was very kind, friendly, polite, and service was quick. Atmosphere is slightly outdated but cute, small town, older style Italian restaurant vibes. Chicken parm sub was delicious. Would definitely go back and recommend!

Middle Village Pasta & Grill is a fantastic spot if you’re craving authentic Italian comfort food. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for families or a relaxed night out. The homemade sauces really stand out—you can taste the freshness in every bite. The pasta is cooked perfectly, and the pizza is flavorful with just the right balance of crisp and chew. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, not rushed. Service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. Definitely a place I’d come back to again and again if I’m in the area.

We went for Sunday lunch and ordered entirely off the specials menu, and it was absolutely worth it. The trio pasta was a standout: all three pastas were cooked to a perfect al dente and each had its own amazing flavor, which made the variety really fun. The prime rib special was also very good, especially the sauce, which was rich and flavorful; it’s not a $100 steakhouse cut, but at around $35 it feels like a steal for what you get. Staff were very kind and attentive throughout the meal, matching what other diners have noted about the friendly, welcoming service here.[middlevillagepastagrill.restaurants-info +2] Sunday lunch was quiet, so it was easy to relax and enjoy the food without any crowd. Street parking was easy to find; just keep in mind that while Sunday is free, you likely have to pay Monday through Saturday in this area. Menu pricing overall is very reasonable for the quality of the food, especially compared with many other Italian spots in New York state, and the specials in particular feel like strong value. Given the generous portions, well-executed pasta, and warm service, I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in Middleburgh and in the mood for Italian.

The food was very good, but the service was incredibly slow honestly, the slowest part of the experience. That said, their blue cheese dressing deserves its own review. They should figure out a way to sell it nationwide because it's hands down the best blue cheese I've ever had. And that's saying something, because I'm usually not even a dressing person. I'd buy a bottle in a heartbeat.

The 2 young women was excellent 👏 My steak sandwich was great 👍 The calamari i wouldn't order again!! Plus didn't have sharp provolone! But I'm a chef for real ,graduate from SCC culinary 25 years ago! But again I will leave it like that!! Would get the steak sandwich again 😋 Won't speak for anyone else i had dinner with!!
